Who we are
This site is run by AgentSure Pte. Ltd., a company in Singapore ("we"). It is not run by, or connected to, any Singapore government agency.
What we collect
- Your answers in the finder (for example citizenship, company age, sector), including any answers you give about your co-founder. Your browser sends them to our server to work out which schemes may fit. We use them only to build your results, we don't save them, and they are not linked to your name or email, because we never ask for those.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the service. We don't use these logs to identify you.
We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools. The page uses your device's own fonts and loads nothing from third-party servers.
Who we share it with
Only our hosting provider, Vercel, which runs the site and may process the server logs outside Singapore under its standard data-protection terms. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with any agency, incubator or investor.
How long we keep it
We don't store your finder answers on our server. So that your results survive a page reload, your own browser keeps your answers in this tab only (session storage); they never leave your device except when you ask for results, and your browser deletes them when you close the tab. If you use “Copy share link”, your answers are written into the link itself, after the “#” sign — browsers never send that part of a link to our server, so it is not in our logs; whoever opens the link has their browser fill in the answers and ask for results the normal way, and anyone you give the link to can see your answers. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention settings, and then deleted.
Links to other sites
Results link to official government pages and to incubator and investor websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Your rights and contact
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent. Contact AgentSure Pte. Ltd. at support@agentsure.tech (also our data protection contact).
Changes
If we change how we handle information (for example, if we ever add a paid service that needs your email), we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
